Program

Generation AI Media LLC, doing business as Generation AI, sends production scheduling text messages to members of the production crews it coordinates. Messages are signed "Generation AI" and include shoot assignments, call times, locations and reminders for shoots the recipient is scheduled to work. We do not send marketing messages.

How people opt in

Crew members provide their mobile number directly to the producer when joining a production and agree to receive shoot scheduling texts. Consent is recorded in the production's team roster. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See the crew opt-in script.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the production schedule, typically a few messages per scheduled shoot.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@generationaimedia.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
