Crew SMS Opt-In
Verbal consent script · Effective September 27, 2026
Generation AI Media LLC, doing business as Generation AI, texts production scheduling information only to crew members who agree to receive it. Crew members opt in verbally when they join a production. The producer reads the script below, and the crew member's answer is recorded in the production's team roster with their name, mobile number and the date of consent.
Script
Producer: "For the productions we coordinate, Generation AI can text you your shoot assignments and reminders, including call times, locations and crew contacts. Expect a few texts per scheduled shoot. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or reply STOP at any time to opt out. Our SMS Terms are at generationaimedia.com/sms-terms and our Privacy Policy is at generationaimedia.com/privacy. Would you like to receive these texts? Please answer yes or no."
Crew member: "Yes."
Producer: "Thanks. We'll note your consent in our team roster, and you'll get a text shortly confirming you're enrolled."
