We collect the name, email address and mobile phone number that crew members and collaborators give us directly so we can coordinate production work, such as shoot schedules, call times and locations.

How we use it

• To send production scheduling emails and, where the person has agreed, text messages about shoots they are assigned to.
• To contact team members about the projects they work on.

We do not use this information for marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use service providers only to deliver our messages (for example, an SMS delivery provider and an email delivery provider). They process this information solely to send messages on our behalf.
